Kristina Wingeier tells us that eclipses are wildcards, portals between dimensions. The Solstice Solar Eclipse has us jumping timestreams; we are closing the Cancer/Capricorn eclipse cycle and shapeshifting into a new, mutable timeline that is the Gemini/Sagittarius eclipse cycle. In this moment, we look backward and forward, horizontally and vertically. We are invited to surrender to the celestial mystery, to the particle acceleration that moves us from fate to destiny. Bits and Bending is back to the Sweetwater just in time to kick off the holiday season--a little time on the mat and a little laugh in our bellies.

Love Story proudly announces the launch of our evening community series: The Experience! These events will both answer the call to connect with each other both on and off the mat in ways that truly matter and create positive change in our community. We want to meet those folks we see in class all the time but haven't gotten to know, and spend a Friday night together hanging out doing something healthy and fun.

Ticket proceeds from this event will be donated to the Mission Neighborhood Resource Center, an organization that supports the health and wellbeing of homeless residents in our wonderful Mission neighborhood.
