After evening yoga with Athena, we will flow into a sacred circle to turn inward as we listen to our own personal hopes and dreams using breathing techniques, mediation and words. Once we have tapped in, we will then craft our own personal Satcha Mala bracelet to lock in our intentions during the very potent new moon cycle. The mala kits include crystals, charms and sandalwood beads. We will learn about meditating with a mala, crystal healing and cultivating sacred space in your everyday experience.
