Are you interested in developing your yoga  practice, or just craving time away to reflect and feel centered? This guided weekend is a chance to reset, realign and reclaim your best self. Embrace the year's end and prepare for 2018 with a weekend in nature, in comfy lodgings, challenging and nurturing yourself physically and spiritually.

Bex, a seasoned yoga and Pilates teacher, offers dynamic yoga flow practices, guided meditations and inspirational dharma talks. This luxurious weekend includes 4 yoga sessions, morning guided meditations, and evening gatherings. 

Guests stay in large bright cottages, each with two private bedrooms, a living room, private bathroom (jacuzzi tub), deck and small kitchen. All vegetarian meals will be provided.

Satcha Malas will be featured and customized wrist malas will be available to create.

Arrivals on Friday 12/15 between 3pm - 4pm; retreat concludes on Sunday 12/17 at 12pm.
